Spent

Thanks to FreeTechnologyForTeachers, I have discovered Spent. This is a game that I might introduce to my ICT class during the game-based learning portion of our course.
In one game station, I normally get my student teachers to experience the McVideo game and Dafur is Dying. I might either replace one of these games or include it in the same station.
What I like about these games is not only the emotions that they generate but also the complex thinking and the perspective-taking that are required to be good at the game.

Bernard & myself played Spent a million times while designing the Fin Lit game. We liked this game for it’s simplicity and how it made our brains work hard in the name of “playing”!
